"We engaged Adam at Live Build last year to complete an extensive 6 month renovation for our bungalow, including two additional bedrooms, laundry and entrance way, new kitchen, and ensuite as well as replacement of all joinery and roof.

Adam was super helpful at providing advice and support in the initial design stage as well as on site problem solving. The site was kept clean and the work completed was to a high standard. All inspections were passed first time and his team were super helpful if we needed anything. Adam managed all the ordering of materials, sub contractors and inspections which took a lot of the stress out of the renovation. It meant everything and everyone that needed to be on site were there at the right time to ensure the project stayed on track.

Adam’s sub contracting contacts eg plumber, electrician and tiler all did a great job. And we would get them all back if we required any additional work in the future.

From the planning stage, through the build work, and to final handover, we were kept up to date on all proceedings, and the project flowed according to plan all the way. Adam project managed the ancillary trade people to ensure smooth transitions and a quality finish. Equally all the Territorial Authority inspections and compliance sign off went exactly to plan.

In the end we have a wonderfully enhanced living space that is exactly how we envisioned it. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. But best of all, the entire project was finished on time and under budget.
